Our apps

Timetrack Live: follow events timed by Timetrack, check results, split times and certificates, and follow the race on the map while the event is live.

I can't find my result

Search by name or bib number inside the event and check that you picked the right distance. Results are published once the organizer confirms them. If your result is still missing or has an error, email us with the event name, the distance and your bib number.

I don't see the live map

The map and the Following tab are only available while an event is live, and only for events that Timetrack times live and that have a published course. For finished events you can see results, split times and the certificate. The position on the map between two checkpoints is an estimate.

I want my data corrected or hidden

Email us at [email protected] from the address you registered with, including the event name and your bib number. More details in the Timetrack Apps Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app's data

The apps have no accounts, so there is no account to delete. What the app stores on your phone, such as the athletes you follow, is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
